Hope this update finds you well and in step with Spring. For the first time in decades (no kidding), I was out of Nashville for four consecutive weeks, ensconced in West Palm Beach, Florida. What a wonderful experience. Last week my parents, who live in WPB, celebrated their 90th birthdays. I’ve also been hard at work creating a Secrets of the List Keynote presentation to complement upcoming public speaking engagements about the new book. I’m doing all my own photography to go with the slide show. (Curious? For a sneak peak, check below.)
Country music is alive and well in WPB. Lady A are here this weekend and upcoming shows are on the way at the Cruzan Amphitheater from Jason Aldean, Sugarland, Rascal Flatts, Brad, Toby and Carrie. The people here are almost as friendly as in Nashville, and the sun, sand and surf create photo opps at every turn.
The Brand Engagement Behavior slide illustrates the process of finding and engaging consumers. It begins with a simple Like or Follow and over time can grow to where the consumer ultimately becomes a WOM evangelist (Word of Mouth) for the brand. I found and photographed the cars mural on the side of a building near Clematis St.
Rumor is that the lovely toes in this Digital Sand slide, photographed at the exclusive Breakers Hotel on Palm Beach, belong to none other than Scarlet Johansson, but I’ll never tell. The slide however, shows the benefit of spreading your brand across lots of social networks because we live in a fragmented world with lots of choices. We don’t have to choose just one..
